Life is precious. Tell those you love that you love them. Be vulnerable, be kind, be real, be YOU. Have fun. Take care of your heart, your body and soul. Take baths, say hello to strangers, eat chocolate, smile at hummingbirds. Pray for everyone as everyone is having challenges in one way or another. These are crazy times. Ask the angels for help. Stay elevated. Stay true to yourself. Be in integrity. Walk your talk. Be open but have clear boundaries. Appreciate this day as there will not be another one like it ;)
