Through communication we open to ourselves and others.

Through writing I find something that perhaps I would not have found if I had merely thought about it.

Let go of the NO and open to the YES!

As we progress along our path we get sucked in to things that 'seem' like they will be exciting and move us forward - projects, experiences, relationships. Perhaps we think they will move us forward into feeling accomplished, fulfilled, excited, happy. Though sometimes when we embark on these things there is this nagging little voice saying; "this doesn't feel that great" and "I want to feel excited and like this but I don't". And we ignore the little voice because in our mind we have looked to the future and thought that we've wanted an opportunity like this forever and now it's here and we should like it but we don't? Why don't we? Perhaps we just liked the idea of it. Perhaps our dreamy vision and the work it takes to achieve the vision don't match up. Whatever it is, if it seems like we're spending time on something that doesn't FEEL like a YES, then it's a NO. And it's so liberating to just admit that and move on and allow something that feels expansive and wonderful and exciting!

It's ok to let go of that thing you thought you wanted. It's ok to change your mind. Maybe your ego wanted it, your mind wanted it but your heart didn't. Or maybe your heart did want it at some point in the past and you drew the endeavor towards you just to satisfy your curiosity so that you could see once and for all what it's all about. Or maybe you need to fine tune your manifesting powers and intentions as perhaps it just needs a bit of tweaking in order for it to feel right on point next time around. Perhaps we're using this thing as a distraction from our real dream and at the same time it may serve as a key to that YES dream you can only let in once you let go of the distraction that doesn't feel completely aligned with your soul.

You are the captain of your ship and you can steer it in any direction you desire. Ask yourself how you want to feel in any given situation or choice and really listen - listen to your body, listen to the thoughts you're having each step of the way. Do you feel tight, chaotic, confused, turned off? I know for me, these were my indicators to rethink, redirect and let go with grace and ease and allow myself to feel the freedom of untangling myself from a potentially draining situation down the line, even though the immediate endeavor seemed like a good opportunity. Sometimes misunderstandings without reconciliation can be an elegant touch of grace, opening to an exit door, with freedom right on the other side - giving you an opportunity to start again, to adjust your sails in order to steer you towards exactly what suits your heart and soul. Whatever that dream is, take it by the hand and walk through that door.
